This is the official website for Maximillian's, a restaurant that brings the fine cuisine of Chile to the bay area. Although our menu consists of mainly traditional Chilean dishes we also offer dishes of other South American Countries. At Maximillian's we like our diners to enjoy their family meals in a fun and friendly atmosphere. For those of you who have moved to the bay area from Chile, the atmospheres will bring back memories and make you feel right at home. Our decor will remind you of fine cities such as Santiago, our Capitol, and Valparaiso, our famous port city. For those of you who have never been to Chile our restaurant will give you a taste of what Chile is about and perhaps entice you to visit our fine country.
